What is GSM?
GSM stands for Global System for Mobile Communications is a standard that carriers implemented for their 2G network. Basically GSM uses certain frequency bands in order to transmit calls and text. 99% of the countries in the world have at least one carrier that uses one of the 2G(GSM) bands.
MODE phone is able to operate in all of these bands.

What does the Mode Warranty Doesn’t Cover
- Defect or damage resulting from in proper use of the device
- Misuse of the device
- Damage due to an accident
- Damage is due to abnormal conditions
- Exposure to sand, dirt, moisture, dampness, electrical
- Device that as improper serial number
- A device that has damage, altered or defaced the serial number
- Defects due to the unofficial use of the accessories
- Defects due to virus or other software problems
- Defects due to Custom Firmware or device is broken
Mode Phone Repair Terms & Conditions
The company will repair your MODE smartphone or get it replaced without any charge if it qualifies and doesn’t fall under the above mentioned Not Covered. The repaired product or part or accessory will be valid for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the product or for 90 days (whichever is longer).
Return Policy:
Return period: 14 days return, (See our return policy). A restocking fee of $39 will be assessed for all returns.
